How to replace the ignition coil

Since replacing the ignition coil does not require rich automotive theoretical foundation support, and the replacement method is also very simple, and the tools used are not special, it can be replaced by friends with strong hands-on ability.

Specific replacement method:
First, open the engine compartment cover and remove the engine cover, at this time we can see the exposed ignition coils of each cylinder.

Second, first lift the yellow latch in the picture slowly outward (right), pay attention not to break the latch; Then press down on the black snap handle and slowly pull out the plug outward (right) at the same time. Since each cylinder plug corresponds one-to-one with its corresponding cylinder, do not get confused.

Third, use the corresponding sleeve tool to remove the fixing screws of the ignition coil of each cylinder and pull out the ignition coil.

Fourth, install the new ignition coil back into the ignition coil hole one by one, and at the same time install it, be sure to ensure that it is stably combined with the spark plug terminal.

Fifth, use fixing bolts to fix the ignition coil firmly, and insert the ignition coil plug corresponding to each cylinder, and push the socket latch inward to the locked position.

Sixth, start to test whether the ignition coil is working normally, if everything is normal, install the engine cover back into the engine to complete the replacement of the ignition coil.
